    friendly staff
    lively bar
    unpleasant odor

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored local attractions and enjoyed the lively bar scene. Great location, just a short ride from the airport, making it easy for late arrivals. The food was decent and the staff were friendly. Perfect for a fun group getaway.

The first room we got had a strong odor and wasn't cleaned properly. Thankfully, the second room was better, but it was still a hassle during our stay.

    accessibility issue

The charming atmosphere reminded me of cozy homes, and the accessible layout makes it easy to navigate for seniors. Lovely decor and welcoming common areas created a delightful, homely vibe during my stay.

Elevator access for upper floors would be nice.

    great location
    helpful staff
    comfortable bed
    noisy neighbors
    shared bathroom

My stay was primarily for a quick visit to see Ibrox Stadium, and the location was great for that. The staff accommodated my request for an early check-in, which was appreciated. I encountered some issues like noisy neighbors that made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The shared bathroom situation was a bit frustrating, but overall, my experience was decent.

    friendly locals
    cozy room
    convenient location
    noise disturbances
    lack of cleanliness
    check-in issues

I booked a night at Crookston to catch a show at the nearby SS HYDRO. Check-in was friendly, but I had to hunt down a staff member since no one was at the reception. My room was basic but cozy. Shared bathrooms were okay, though I noticed they could be cleaner. Very convenient location, just ten minutes to the city center. I enjoyed the reasonably priced food in the bar, and the locals were super friendly. I faced some noise disturbances. A rowdy group outside kept me awake, and there was a loud TV from the next room. The breakfast could use improvement. the woman serving appeared overwhelmed. While my stay was enjoyable overall, there are definitely some areas that need attention for a better experience.

    amazing food
    cozy historic atmosphere
    delectable dishes
    hunting staff
    dated decor

The food was downright fantastic—James devoured the Sunday roast, especially loving the cheese sauce slathered on the broccoli. I went for the steak pie, packed with glorious meat and paired with buttery, herbed potatoes that hit the spot! Plus, the charming old building vibe added a sprinkle of character.

Had a bit of a hassle finding staff when we needed help because despite ringing the bell at reception, we had to go hunting around. The decor linked to an earlier time definitely calls for a fresh look.

the location was perfect for us and we found the room clean enuff. the bed was comfy, really liked that! staff were super friendly and the bar downstairs had a nice vibe.

however, i could hear noises from other guests during the night and the bathroom situation was a bit annoying since we shared it.

Recommend it for a casual getaway

Had my wedding meal here, staff were on point and the room was clean and fresh. They always had ice ready for my husband who just got a knee operation which was really thoughtful.

It wasn't exactly cheap but it was still acceptable for what we got.

stayed one night at the crookston hotel again, and it was super cozy. the staff were really nice, always ready to help. breakfast was tasty too, loved the variety. the location is also perfect for me, close to everything i needed. the bar is a cool spot to chill with friends.

the room i got this time wasn’t as good as before, it didn’t have private facilities like my last stay. also, could’ve used a bit more shelving in the room for my stuff.

We had a good stay despite some issues. The location helped us with quick access to our event. The restaurant staff were accommodating when we arrived late and offered us food.
